Our party decorations are designed primarily for indoor events.

Although Coroplast offers greater moisture resistance than Foamboard, Paloma Design House does not guarantee the performance of any product when used outdoors.

Outdoor use is at the customer's own risk.

Do not use products during:

• Strong winds
• Rain
• Storms
• Extreme heat
• Severe weather conditions

For additional stability, we highly recommend placing sandbags or appropriate weights behind each stand, especially for larger displays or outdoor setups.

Damage caused by weather, wind, improper installation, or outdoor use is not covered under our policies.

Please include clear photos of the product and packaging when reporting shipping damage.

When applicable, our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement or resolution.
