Because every sign is custom-made and printed specifically for your order, personalized products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, or an event cancellation.

However, if we make an error in your order or your item arrives with a qualifying production issue, please contact us. We will review the situation and provide the appropriate solution.
